Local Exposure


  • Professionally produced custom property photos and interactive, panoramic virtual tours
  • A detailed description of the property with color photographs and a link to our website will appear in the Multiple Listing Service for the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington
  • A custom e-mail blast with photos and a link to the property website will be sent to several local agents
  • Walking traffic will be exposed to our listings with office window displays in each of our three brokerage locations
  • With the owner’s permission, a for sale sign will be placed on the property
  • With the owner’s permission, an open house for the local brokerage community and/or the public will be held
  • The property will be presented to the agents in our brokerage during the Judy Marsales office viewings
  • A custom color property feature sheet will be created

Print Advertising


  • A colour ‘Now Showing’ ad will be placed in the Hamilton Spectator upon the client’s request, when the property is first listed
  • A colour picture spread will be placed in Homes and Land magazine on one of Sarit’s two pages
  • A colour picture spread will be placed in The Real Estate Book magazine on one of Sarit’s four pages
  • A picture ad may be placed on the back cover of Look Local magazine produced monthly (limited space)
  • A picture ad may be mailed out in local Realty Sweep newsletters to many residents of town where listing is located (certain neighbourhoods)

24-Hour Internet Exposure


  • Featured Listing on saritzalter.com and judymarsales.com
  • Photos, write-ups, and media links will be posted on Sarit’s Facebook page
  • Full listing along with link and virtual tour will be posted on realtor.ca
  • Local professionals will have access to full listing details on Multiple Listing Service
  • Toronto salespeople may have access to our listings via the Toronto Real Estate Board, upon request
